Sales Enablement Training

Here's an eLearning module for a global information technology company with over 13,000 employees that was designed to help sales staff with negotiations and objections. After an initial knowledge transfer introduction, learners go through three scenarios and build decision trees for each situation. It's a good-sized module with 80 slides and around 220 variables. Learners who have forgotten the choices they have made within a scenario have the option to review those choices before continuing. It ends with the collection of all the data the learner has chosen or entered which they will then sit down with their coach or manager to discuss those decisions. I was also responsible for a five-video series for this module which I can share upon request.

Here's a software simulation representative of work I performed for a large credit union. Most of the eLearning I designed and developed for this client was supplemental practice after the learner sat through an instructor-led training course.
